Who are they?

A singer and guitarist born in Yaoundé in 1985. Her music blends acoustic, makossa, jazz and afrobeat, and she sings in French, Douala and Bakaka, a language of the Moungo region.

What made them famous

Since "Mispa" (2008), her albums — "Dube L’am", "Massa", "Un jour dans ma vie" — have established her as one of the leading female voices in Cameroonian music, admired for her guitar playing and the emotional depth of her songwriting.
